RoboForm, The best password protector, organizor, creator, reminder, software there is, period!

I first tried RoboForm about 4 years ago.  I was looking for a password manager type software because I was tired of forgetting them, and going through the long drawn out process of clicking on the “forgot password?” links that you find on just about every website around.  I wanted something that was more secure and user friendly than the password manager that comes with Windows.  I was also looking for something free.

Well, I found RoboForm through CNET’s Downloads site.  It was highly recommended, and at the time had a free trial, that only had some functions limited.  I can tell you, it didn’t take long before I was hooked.  They get you with the free stuff, and then you can’t live without it!

I finally bought an actual copy of the full version of RoboForm and I have never regreted it.  Of course now, everyone I know also has bought it!  My very techie boyfriend says it’s evil, but he can’t live without it now either.  He’s also become a RoboForm addiction dealer, because he’s suggested it to everyone he knows.  LOL!

But, it’s not JUST a fantastic password manager, RoboForm is also a fantastic form filler outter thingy (yes that’s the technical term).  Not ONLY can you fill out every form you come across with one click of the button, but you can have several different identities!  What this means, is if you are like me, and do lots of different things on your computer, you don’t have to remember all the information for the various needs you have!

For example, I have my main business information, my personal infromation, homeschooling info, blogging info, survey taking info, and online business info.  Each RoboForm “identity” can be named for whatever you use it for.  Then you fill out your name, mailing address, phone numbers, even credit card information, and whenever you need to fill out a form using the information that is specific to that business, blog, or whatever, you just select your identity, and VOILA! it’s filled out completely and correctly.  One click of the mouse!

I even use it for my sons and all of their many passwords that they have.  RoboForm is great for parents who, like me, want to have all the passwords for your children’s website habits.  You can print out all of the password information for any identity.  This means, that whenever you want to see your child’s myspace accound, all you have to do is print out their passwords, and you can get into it.  Which of course, is recommended by most experts.

So Basically, if you’re anything like me…. and you KNOW you are!  Then you’ve got a ton of passwords that are either all the same thing, or are forgotten before you leave the site.  There is no better friend to the internet addict, than RoboForm!  But remember, it’s addictive and contagious.  One try and you’ll be hooked forever… don’t blame me though, cuz I warned you! mwahahahaha
