Free Resource – What About Penmanship? A Guide for Homeschooling Parents
I just found this great free resource! It’s a guide for homeschoolers on how to choose the right penmanship to teach our children and how to go about doing it. I know how hard it can be to figure out how to teach cursive. There are so many different types of penmanship styles, it gets a little confusing! Luckily, this will answer some of those questions and make things a little easier for you.
What About Penmanship? A Guide for Homeschooling Parents by Bogart Family Resources.
Includes:
- How to choose a
- penmanship style
- Priorities worksheet
- Concise overviews of
- four major styles
- How copywork fits in
- Copy-work samples
- Free copywork offer
Although the copywork is almost entirely bible versus, and some of the instructions are based on bible versus, it is still a great resource. If you don’t happen to be Christian, or if you prefer secular teaching, you can still use it.
And if you want to create some of your own copy worksheets, you can head over to About.com and find several great fonts for free download there!
