I love my homeschool group. Even though we don’t get to do a whole lot with them because I have to work during the day, there’s still the teen events that the boys participate in. They love them!
Kids Bowl Free
I just found a great program for this summer. Kids Bowl Free is a program that you can sign up for to allow your kids to receive a coupon for 2 free bowls a day during the summer. The age restrictions, and program dates vary from center to center, and this program is not offered in every state, so check out their website. You can also get a discounted summer family pass for under $25 for up to 4 adults or older children to play during the summer.
Have fun!
So if you love bowling… or even if you’d just like to try it out, this is a great opportunity for you!
Guest Posting On the Peanut Butter Blog
I do love peanut butter. It’s been one of my favortie foods since I was a kid. Luckily, Peanut Butter was one of the few things that I was NOT allergic to as a child… well after I was 3 or 4 at least. So I ate a lot of peanut butter in my life. That being so, the Peanut Butter Blog is one of my favorites. She finds interesting uses for peanut butter, finds cute clothing and accessories that have something peanut buttery about it. So when she asked for volunteer Guest Posters, I jumped at the chance. So Please, visit her great Peanut Buttery Blog and see my post later tonight.

Blogging For Kids

I’ve already set up blogs for my sons to write on. We did that before the summer started. My original hopes was that they would have someplace to write their stories, complaints and stuff on there. Someplace that they could express themselves. The reality is, that they haven’t really wanted to do it. I think part of it is because no one was going on their websites…. but that was before I discovered EntreCard and other things like EntreCard. Read the rest of this entry »
